Aarjav Shah

Mr. Aarjav Shah, a young entrepreneur, has been directly and indirectly involved in this industry for a long time. He is a B.Sc. in Mathematics from C.U. Shah and MBA in marketing from Symbiosis, Pune. His area of expertise has been marketing and client relations since 2009 when he took charge of PharmaTech magazine as an Editor and took the publication to new heights. In the same year, he was the person responsible for all the marketing campaigns for a FICCI’s major event. He is currently the CEO of Pharmatechnologyindex.com Pvt. Ltd. which is one of the largest B2B portal in the healthcare industry. His long associations with whos-who of the industry has given him a chance to experience the most interesting situations in planning, organizing and managing an event from scale to scale. With this new venture of Swarnim Vision, he plans to cater to all kinds of corporate events not limiting to healthcare, expanding the horizons and making a difference in the way networking meets are held in India. This will be greatly influenced by his international exposure of professional events not only in the country but also in countries like Germany, Dubai and United States to name a few.


Aayush Agarwal

Mr. Aayush Agarwal is a B. Pharm. from L.J. Institute of Pharmacy, GTU, followed by a Master (MS) in Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship from New York University. He has done some quality research at The New York University, on protein engineering and characterization, The State University of New York Medical Center, on animal tissue histology and The Massachusetts General Hospital - Harvard Medical School, on stem cell therapy for brain tumor. In his time in the US he was involved in hardcore research which was the prime goal to go their and get the best of advanced education unfortunately not available in India. He has submitted over 5 publications to high impact international journals which are under review, most of them from research work at Harvard Medical School on stem cell therapy for brain tumor. He has been Involved actively in International Pharmaceutical Students Federation (IPSF), Indian Pharmaceutical Association - Students Forum (IPA-SF), Young Pharmacist Group (YPG) of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), Exco associate of the Industrial Pharmacy Section at FIP and Indian Pharmaceuticals Graduates Association (IPGA). He was recently recognized as the First Indian to be awarded the Mike How Award at International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) world congress 2011, for his unique passion for Pharmaceutical industry. Early in 2012, he organized a National Conference on ‘Innovation in Pharmaceutical Industry: From Drug Development to Distribution’ in Ahmedabad, which was inaugurated by Shri Jay Narayan Vyas, Minister of Health, Govt. of Gujarat and Shri Hemant Koshia, Commissioner, FDCA Gujarat. After serving as an associate editor in a national pharma magazine and an executive editor in an international scientific journal, he now has taken a new challenge of leading the PharmaTech publication as the Editor-in-Chief. His passion for the profession will lead him to new heights in the coming years and has also planned an initiative to help the students in higher education counseling and recruitment. Next he intends to make some significant changes in the Healthcare Sector in Gujarat making it much more prominent on the Global Map.
